Melvin Delcid

Since 1997, Melvin has worked alongside our top employees to deliver impeccable roofing installations, as well as, manage tricky repair jobs that require consistent application of skill and thorough attention to detail. His own career in the roofing industry spans a total of more than 25 years, and he uses the knowledge he gained in related fields to help us complete projects on time and under budget.

Melvin's position as our lead foreman and team leader means that he's responsible for overseeing complex work that we wouldn't entrust to anyone else. His broad range of expertise aided him well as he directed diverse projects through the years, but his confidence is tempered with a willingness to learn and remain open-minded.

Thanks to Melvin's experience with commercial facilities, we've been able to branch out and expand our own repertoire by tackling new jobs. This vital partnership has gone a long way towards improving our workflows and oversight methodologies.
